SCTA Conference Grant Application

I understand that I may be eligible to receive college credit for attending CTA conferences or Professional Growth hours and that it is my responsibility to apply for the units through CTA at: www.cta.org/credit

If selected for a grant, I agree to submit a short testimonial/summary within two weeks after the conference which may be used for SCTA publications, including but not limited to: The SCTA News Messenger, Website, Flyers and Social Media.

I agree to submit an expense summary report of my allowable expenses (with original receipts) to SCTA within two weeks of attending the conference and that reimbursement in the form of a check will be issued to me within 30 days of receipt of my allowable expenses after the conference is over and my attendance has been verified.

I agree to provide a photo and allow any photo(s) of me taken at the event to be posted in SCTA publications and socials such as, but not limited to the SCTA News Messenger, website, printed flyers and the SCTA social media pages.

I attest that I am currently an active member in good standing and understand that if I do not maintain my membership that I will become ineligible for a grant.
